By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to our terms and conditions. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Ski Togs Hire will take place on the receipt of your payment.
HIRE ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Please note a cancellation charge of 50% of the hire cost for each cancelled item will apply in all cases to cover administration costs and loss of potential bookings. No refunds are given if the hire item is cancelled within one month of the departure date.
HIRE ORDER DELIVERIES
Hire orders placed 7 or less days from departure date cannot be refunded if the order is delivered too late. Hire orders placed more than 7 days from departure date will be refunded if the order is delivered too late, after the hire items have been returned.
HIRE LOSS & DAMAGE POLICY
When a hire item has been lost (includes lost hoods, belts and braces) or damaged beyond repair (this includes non-seam rips, oils stains or burn marks) Ski Togs reserves the right to charge the full retail value of the item.
HIRE ITEM AVAILABILITY
After your order has passed through our availabilty checks we will send you a confirmation email detailing the order. If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you by email. Sometimes a booked item is lost or damaged by a previous hirer and, in this rare case, we ask you to accept a replacement in as similar a style as possible.
PURCHASE ORDER RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel a purchase order, please contact us via the contact form or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the following: Customer name, Order number, Date of order If your order has already been dispatched to you, you may return the item(s), if the tags have not been removed, within 14 days of delivery.
If, for any reason, you are not totally happy with your purchase, you can return any item to us within 14 days of the date you received them.
We will be happy to make a refund – provided the items are returned in perfect condition and still in their original packaging. When you want to return an item, please post the item back using registered post, as we cannot accept liability for lost or damaged items.
If you are returning an item because it is faulty, we will refund the postage you paid both when buying and returning the item.
If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable, we will not refund the postage you paid either buying the item or for returning the item.
This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations.
