Despatch & Return

The standard 13 day hire period is counted from the date of the trip departure to the date the items are back with us.   All hire items will be sent by courier at a cost of £5.50.  If snow boots are ordered  there will an additional £2.50 delivery cost.  Only if the weight rises above 2 kg and the order is urgently needed within 1-2 days will there be an additional cost of £7.50.

Any items purchased at the same time as hire items can be included free of delivery charge unless required earlier in a separate delivery (at a separate cost of £3.00).   We will normally dispatch the hire items 12 days before departure date.  Please state clearly in the order notes if either hire or sales items need to be shipped earlier than 12 days before the stated departure date.

Hire items can be returned either through ordering a return courier at an additional cost of £12 or by posting back to us independently.  If you want to purchase our return courier service, please check the button and indicate in the Order Notes the date on which you would like your package to be collected. Please bear in mind that hire items not back at Ski Togs within 13 days of the date of trip departure will attract a 50% surcharge.

Covid-19 policy

In the light of uncertainty about travelling abroad as a result of the Covid-19 epidemic we have established the following refund policy:

We are offering a full refund for any hire skiwear bookings that are cancelled more than 4 weeks before trip departure date.
We are offering 75% refund for any hire skiwear bookings that are cancelled less than 4 weeks before trip departure date, up to the time of dispatch one week before departure
Once skiwear has been dispatched, we can offer no refunds.
